Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid Autowebtools enrollments invoiced by us. Website pricing pages are informational; payments are arranged offline or through approved invoicing channels—not via on-site checkout.

Eligibility

Self-paced Ledger Seat purchases may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of payment if less than 20% of video content has been accessed and no certificate has been issued. Control Desk cohort seats may request a full refund up to 5 business days before the cohort start date.

Timeframe to request

Send refund requests promptly within the windows above. Requests after those windows are evaluated case by case and may be declined.

Full and partial refunds

Full refunds apply when eligibility conditions are met. Partial refunds may be offered if Autowebtools cancels a live session without a suitable reschedule, equal to the unused live-session portion of Control Desk or Audit Floor fees. After a cohort starts, or after substantial self-paced progress, fees are generally non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

Custom curriculum development fees, completed private workshops, third-party exam vouchers (if any), and issued certificates are non-refundable. Bank transfer fees charged by your institution are not reimbursed.

Refund process

Email contact@autowebtools.digital with your full name, invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within 3 business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method when possible, or by bank transfer to an account you nominate in Taiwan(China) or as otherwise agreed.

Cancellation by Autowebtools

If we cancel a cohort or workshop and cannot offer a comparable alternative, you may choose a full refund or credit toward a future date.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer rights under the laws of Taiwan(China) that cannot be waived remain available. Documented medical or force-majeure situations may qualify for transfer to a later cohort at our discretion.
